Theory
▪ Introduction to why we leak test.
▪ Safety considerations when working with Nitrogen and associated eqpt.
▪ Use of & understanding of P&ID’s.
▪ Leak testing equipment and it’s safe use.
▪ Building leak test packs.
▪ Understanding & following leak test procedure.
▪ 20 question test paper.
Practical
▪ Make up manifold connections.
▪ Performing nitrogen leak testing using snoop under supervision on a small volume section of pipework.
▪ Depressurisation procedure, venting safely and re-instate the work area.
Target Audience
Operational personnel who are required to undertake nitrogen leak testing using detection equipment.
Certification
A 3t Training Services certificate will be issued upon successful completion
