ECITB TMJI20 Dismantle Assemble and Hydraulically Torque Clamp Connector Joints

In order to complete the TMJI20 test, delegates will be required to provide evidence of experience based on one of the below classifications of worker type:

New workers – Must hold a valid in-date MJI20 certificate and a completed WBTA logbook (Work Based Task Assignment). The WBTA logbook must be signed by a supervisor or person of authority from the delegates employer, and entries cannot be accepted before 3 months after completion of initial MJI20 training.

Experienced workers – Must hold a valid in-date TMJI20 certificate. If a valid in-date TMJI20 certificate cannot be provided then experienced workers can provide a LOE (Letter of Endorsement) evidencing 3 years recent sustained experience and a trade discipline certificate such as an expired MJI20, TMJI20, mechanical/trade apprenticeship.

Personal workers (generally not part of core crew) – Must hold a valid in-date TMJI20 certificate. If a valid in-date TMJI20 certificate cannot be provided then personal workers can provide a CV evidencing 3 years relevant, sustained experience and a trade discipline certificate such as an expired MJI20, TMJI20, mechanical/trade apprenticeship.
