Over three days of online instructor-led training, you will learn to carry out full domestic energy assessments using industry-standard RdSAP software. Upon successful completion, you will be able to assess the energy performance of UK residential buildings—such as houses, bungalows, and flats—and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Course Content
The course is delivered entirely online through a mix of presentation slides, interactive activities, and class discussions, providing a dynamic and engaging learning experience that caters to various learning styles. You can take part from your home or office, eliminating travel costs.
While the teaching is online, you will be required to complete several test EPCs independently as part of your assessed portfolio, demonstrating your ability to apply the knowledge in real-world scenarios. These are sourced by you and are often completed at friends & family properties.
Before the start date, you will receive access to your online portfolio, which outlines all required tasks—some of which can be completed before, during, or after the course. These tasks will prepare you for the training and count towards your final portfolio submission.
