For the past two years, ADC has received the King Khalid Award for best in training and development. Keen to retain its leading position and in order to support ambitious growth plans, ADC approached Drilling Systems in 2016 to review its existing training, development, competence and talent management infrastructure.
Drilling Systems carried out extensive analysis and, as a result, is conducting a project for ADC to develop several new competence-based training courses, accelerated development programs, competence systems and an improved talent development infrastructure. ADC has also invested in the latest Drilling Systems’ simulation technology including:
