In 2001, the US based simulator manufacturer "Digitran Inc" ceased trading. Since this time, Drilling Systems has performed a number of "DrillSIM" upgrades on these Digitran units, as well as other brand simulators. |

A typical upgrade will include the replacement of the old electronics systems, installing new computers with the latest DrillSIM software and generally updating the units to the standards set by the IADC WellCAP and IWCF accreditation schemes.
An upgraded simulator can also be expanded with the addition of any of the latest DrillSIM options for subsea, workover and cementing operations.
