REPRESENTATIVES FROM China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering (CNPOE), a subgroup of China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), received a tour and demonstrations of state-of-the-art training equipment and simulators at Diamond Offshore’s Houston training facility in late March.
